From Tuesday the 24th till Friday the 27the of May, Veroline Cauberghe, Liselot Hudders, Goldi Tewari, Emma Beuckels and Marijke De Veirman will attend EMAC 2016, a conference organized by the European Advertising Company at the BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo. Four papers will be presented:
- The freedom to lose control: Self-regulation difference in heavy vs. light media multitaskers, which will be presented by Emma Beuckels.
- The impact of media multitasking on the cognitive and attitudinal responses to television commercials: The moderating role of type of advertising appeal, which will be presented by Veroline Cauberghe and Liselot Hudders.
- A cross-cultural study on the effects of ambiguity in risk messages, which will be presented by Goldi Tewari.
- Why are people interacting with brands on Facebook, which will be presented by Marijke De Veirman.
